About the place

Per 19th March a room will come available in a 3 bedroom appartment, close to Delfshaven station (5min walk). The room is on the second floor of the appartment and contains more than 30m2 of floor space. It is fitted with basic furnishing. You share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, small dining room and bike storage with 2 female tennants. (approx 25-30 yrs old). Good internet connection is also available and included in the rent price. Also included are all taxes and municipal charges related to the appartment.
