Looking for a tenant. Preferably not a first-year student, as the other roommates are master's students. The house is very nice and close to everything you need.
- The room has its own balcony
- Facilities are nice in the house, internet is fast/theres an xbox
- 2 min walk from the Metro
- 10 min metro to the city centre
- Metro line is on the De Esch / Holy Line, so it goes directly to Rotterdam Central/Stadhuis/Beurs/Blaak/Erasmus University Rotterdam
