About the place

Between January 1 and May 1, 2025, my room is teporary available for rent, with a high chance of permanent residence (if it's a good fit). Are you 25+ and looking for a room in the heart of Old North with two nice roommates: Sander (33/m) and Lisa (28/f)? Then look no further! 

Your roommates  both have been working for 4-5 years, so we run a mature household, however we still have a lot of fun. We often eat together and do fun things (parties, festivals, but also just a night at the cinema). Of course you are free to make your own plans. 

The room is 17 m2 and has a large bed, closets, a desk, a TV and a piano. You also have access to a covered balcony where you can sit all year round. 

The room has its own hallway and toilet.  The other two rooms are upstairs. This gives a lot of privacy. So on your floor you have your “own toilet” which can also function as a bathroom. You can also use the larger bathroom upstairs. There you will also find the shower and laundry room as well as a second toilet. 

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of its own fridge space and storage. 

The house is 5 min cycling from Rotterdam central station and Rotterdam north station. It is also close to the highway.
