Temporarily room in a private house available until June 2025. 

Erasmus university is nearby, within 13 minutes by bike or tram. The tram and bus stop are around the corner. All shops are open 7 days a week. Central Station is just 9 minutes by bike. And only 5 minutes by bike to the beautiful park Kralingse bos. 
Enjoy a comfortable stay with high speed internet. The room is fully furnished.

- Shared kitchen with various built-in appliances
- Shared bathroom with sink and toilet
- The room has a lock.
- The room is only available for non smoking tenant!!
- Room is suitable for 1 person. 
- Excluded €50 gas and €50 electricity based on average monthly consumption
- Extra fee (€185) for one time cleaning, bedlinnen, and etc will be charge
- Registration not possible (short stay)
 
You rent a room in a house where other people work. I work (remotely) at home.
It is important that you as a tenant are neat and tidy. It is not a student house where parties are organized. Your roommates are dedicated workers. There are some simple house rules, such as turning off lights when not in use, no drugs, no smoking and pets.
