About the place

A fully furnished ROOM on the 3rd floor in my private house. Temporarily room. Room is available  until June 2025. 

Erasmus university is nearby, within 13 minutes by bike or tram. The tram and bus stop are around the corner. All shops are open 7 days a week. Central Station is just 9 minutes by bike. And only 5 minutes by bike to the beautiful park Kralingse bos.

Enjoy a comfortable stay with high speed internet. The room is fully furnished.

- Private room of approximately 12m2 with a spacious bed, 2 closet, desk and chair.
- Completely modern furnished
- Shared kitchen with various built-in appliances
- Shared bathroom with sink and toilet
- The room has a lock.
- The room is only available for non smoking tenant!!
- Room is suitable for 1 person. 
- Extra cost for gas, water en electra will be charge €100. Not included in the rent.
 
You rent a room in a house where other people work. I work (remotely) at home.. It is not a student house where parties are organized. Your roommates are dedicated workers. There are some simple house rules, such as turning off lights when not in use, no drugs, no smoking and no pets.
