About the place

Hi! I’m looking for a temporary housemate for my place near Oostplein. The room is available immediately. From December onwards, I’ll be away a lot, so during those months you’ll have the whole apartment to yourself and I’ll rent it out to you entirely. Until then, you’d just rent the room and we’d share the rest of the apartment. The rent will therefore also be different in those months.

I’ve been living here for a few years now and I still really enjoy it. The apartment is very charming and in a great location, close to Kralingse Plas and the Maas, with a south-facing balcony connected to both the bedroom and the living room. I’m open to, for example, having meals together sometimes, but that’s totally up to you.
