Besides, there is a living room (incl. couch, dining table, chairs, etc.), a kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave and fridge), a bathroom (incl. washing machine), a separate toilet and a small balcony facing south. 

Rent is € 590 per month (excl. g/w/l) per room and registration is possible. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Room is available from May 5 until June 30 2025.

The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor at the Franselaan in Oud-Mathensee. There is a bus stop right in front of the house with a connection to Rotterdam Central station and Schiedam station. Rotterdam Central station is a 13 minute bike ride, Schiedam Central station is 4 minutes by bike.
