Available from October 1st: a room for rent in this super cozy, new, female-only, clean, and spacious student house in Rotterdam Kralingen.
The house is located on Elisabethstraat, just a few minutes by bike from Erasmus University and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. A tram stop is only 50 meters from the house.

The room is 22m². Monthly rent is €700, excluding gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes. These utilities cost €125 per month (gas/water/electricity/internet/municipal taxes).
The deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
The room comes with flooring and curtains but is not furnished.
You’ll share the bathroom, the kitchen (including a dishwasher), and two separate toilets with 4 lovely housemates (girls only!). A washing machine and dryer are also available.
