Hi, with me you get a reliable landlord. I make sure you have everything you need in the house, get you settled in and maintenance is done very fast, so you don't need to worry about that.

This is an apartment for ladies only.

Fully furnished and Fully equipped (see the list below). You just need to bring your personal belongings and don’t worry about the rest.

The apartment is 67m2 on the 3rd floor of the apartment building and centrally located in Prins-Alexander/Lage Land.
You will have your own (bed)room and share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom.

The bus stop to the Erasmus University is just in front of the apartment building and the bus ride takes 8 minutes.
15 min bike ride to the Erasmus University.
15 min walking distance to the closest metro station Prinsenlaan.
8 minute bus ride to the train station Prins Alexander and shopping mall Alexandrium,
