Studio 4 (4th floor): A spacious studio with a private kitchen and bathroom. Rent: €655 + €50 for furniture.

Important information:
Deposit: 2x the base rent per room.
Rent prices exclude utilities and taxes.
Only available for students.
Groups of students are welcome.
Contracts must be signed by January 1.
