We offer five rooms in a spacious house on Donkerslootstraat in Rotterdam. The house has two floors and is ideal for students, both national and international. Registration is possible.

First floor:
Room 1: €595 + €25 service costs = €610
Room 4: €492 + €25 service costs = €517

Second floor:
Room 2 (with private kitchen): €615 + €25 service costs = €640
Room 3 (with private kitchen): €615 + €25 service costs = €640
Room 5: €492 + €25 service costs = €517

Facilities:
Room 1, Room 4, and Room 5 share the living room, kitchen, and balcony on the first floor.

Room 1 and Room 4 share the toilet and shower on the first floor.

Room 2, Room 3, and Room 5 share the bathroom on the second floor.

Rental conditions:
Only for students.
Deposit: twice the base rent.
Utilities must be registered in the tenant's name. The average cost is €70 per person per month.
Rental contract runs until August 31, 2025.
