About the place

Hi Ladies, We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful house in Rotterdam Lombardijen. 5 minutes from Zuidplein. You will be living with 3 girls who are all starting to work. We enjoy eating and drinking together regularly, and are certainly not averse to an evening of couch surfing with Netflix. Our beautiful house is a 2-minute walk from Jumbo and Liddle. 5 minutes by bike to Zuidplein. 15 minutes by bike to CS and 15 minutes to the city. The room is ~14m2 and is 750 euros. We also have a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony. Every year in January or so, the bill from the water board and sewage tax comes that everyone who is registered in the Netherlands has to pay. We divide that by 4. Furthermore, the rent includes gwe. But if extra has to be paid on the annual statement, we also divide that by 4. The house has just been renovated and all the furniture in your bedroom is new.
