Dear room seekers,

A room will be available on the fourth floor of the Coolhaven from 26 August, with a beautiful view of the Coolhaven and the Rotterdam skyline.

The room is 19m² and is offered via subletting. You will live together with one other guy. The room is available from 26 August to 1 February, and the rent for the entire period must be paid in advance in one go.

The house has a shared garden and there are washing machines in the building. Several supermarkets are within walking distance, as are the metro station and historic Delfshaven. You can reach the centre of Rotterdam within ten minutes by bike.
