About the place

I am looking for a new female flatmate (aged 27-35) for a beautiful apartment at the Coolhaven. In conversation with my current flatmate and the landlord your rent here could start between mid-January and end of February 2025, with no fixed end date.

You would live with me, Marlies (30). I work as a policy advisor in sustainability. In my spare time I like to dance salsa and go running. I also enjoy cooking and going to museums, concerts or festivals. I am looking for a flatmate in the same stage of life who would like to create a cozy home, is tidy and wants to do some activities together every now and then.

The apartment is approximately 70m2. You share the furnished living room, kitchen and bathroom with me. Your own bedroom (8m2) is not furnished and you can therefore furnish it yourself (the photo shows a single bed, but a 140cm double bed also fits). There is also some space in the storage room for an extra cupboard, for example. The location of the apartment is wonderful. A beautiful view of the city, close to cozy cafes and close to the Coolhaven and Delfshaven metro. The apartment is also very well insulated, which makes it super quiet and is also beneficial for heating costs.

You would receive a contract without a fixed end date. Rental price is €685 ex. bills per month. Take into account about €170 in bills (energy, water, heating, internet, bi-weekly cleaner) per month and about €400 in municipal taxes per year. Please also note that the rental price increases every year in July.
