The second room of 19m2 used as living room / study. Both rooms have a height of 3 m. The large room has a small kitchen with electric device and fridge. 

Modern, shared bathroom on 2nd floor with rooflight, double shower, bath and double sinks. A green balcony on 2nd floor with sun in the afternoon and evening. Washing machine, freezer, vacuum cleaner, WIFI available. Two lovely cats.

The house is situated in a lively neighborhood, close to Nieuwe Binnenweg, with cafes and restaurants and supermarket (3 min.), tram (3 min.), metro (10 min.), central station (15 min.), Erasmus hospital (10 min.), museums and Witte de Withstraat (15 min.) (all walking distances). Parking in front of the house.

For rent from 1th of November 2025 until end of July 2026. €830 excluding heating and electricity, which is 25% of the monthly bill (is around €50, less in summer, more in winter). Looking for a decent, quiet woman who is working, doing research, doing an internship, e.g. I'm 48 years old and nice if you are around 35-50 years old to have a bit in common. Important that you also like cats and are able / willing to take care of them during an occasional holidays.
