About the place

I am moving out of my room next week, so I am looking for a replacement asap. You'll be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen with one working girl from Lithuania, in a chill and respectful atmosphere. On the first floor resides the landlord, he is also very friendly and always helps if anything is broken or needs help.
The room is fully furnished. Long-term contract is preferable, registration possible.
The location is very central and safe.
