A pleasant room is available in Hillegersberg, a quiet and green residential area of Rotterdam. 

The location is ideal:
10 minutes’ walk from Rotterdam Noord station
Tram stop within walking distance
Around 15 minutes by bike to Rotterdam Central Station

The room is located in a well-maintained home where you share the kitchen and bathroom with only one other person. There is no shared living room.

There are no pets living in the house. However, there is one dog belonging to the upstairs neighbor who occasionally comes downstairs, so it is important that you are comfortable with dogs.

We are looking for a quiet and respectful woman aged 22 or older, who is very clean and tidy. Cleanliness and a calm living environment are essential.

The room is rented with a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension.
