About the Studio:

Rent: €749 per month
Rental Period: Until the end of August 2026
Security Deposit: 2 months’ rent
Additional Costs: Utilities approximately €75 per month
Facilities:
- Private kitchen and bathroom
- Shared toilet with one other tenant
Currently, two female students live in the other studios. We are specifically looking for a female student to join as the new resident.

The Neighborhood:
Carnisselaan is conveniently located in Rotterdam South, with plenty of amenities within walking distance, such as supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation (tram and bus). The city center is easily accessible within 15 minutes. You’ll also be close to various universities and colleges.
