From 15 October, recently renovated studios will become available on Carnisselaan in Rotterdam.  This upholstered living spaces has its own living/kitchen and a shared bathroom.  The house has three studio's. All of the studio's are empty and renovated. It's possible to rent the three studio's with a group of three or rent one studio.

Room 3: 13,9m2, plus big backyard of 40m2, € 705 euro

Location
The location is easily reachable and has many services in the proximity like a supermarket and restaurants. Rotterdam city center is easily accessible by bike, and public transport is nearby.

Financial
- Excluding utilities, you need to arrange that by yourselff 
- € 29 euro per studio for servicecosts
- Required Income: 3x the monthly rent
- Deposit 2x the rent
- 1 registration per studio
- Registration at the city council is possible/required
- The lease is temporary it will be until at least 31th of august ‘26
