About the place

Dear house hunter,
I'm going to move to a new house and to prevent dubble rent I'm looking someone ASAP for a short stay. I'm looking for someone to sublet from March 1st to March 30st. It's a spacious apartment with a washing machine, dishwasher, and a great kitchen. The rooms are sunny and have two balconies: a small one off the bedroom and a large one extending from the living room. You'll be sharing with a 25-year-old working man.
