In the nice and characterful Oud Charlois we have a renovated room for rent immediately. The last things are currently being renovated in the kitchen and bathroom. You certainly can't complain about the view. You look out over the beautiful and stately Boergoense Vliet.
The rooms are part of a double upper house. The entire floor is shared with 1 other person.
The room is located on the 2nd floor.
First the living room: it is spacious enough to fit a nice big sofa. With an adjoining balcony you can also sit outside when the weather is nice. The kitchen is also adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and a fridge/freezer. From the living room you also enter a hallway where the bathroom with its own washing machine is located.
The bedroom is +-17m2 and can be rented for 650 excl. This room also has a small balcony and a fixed cupboard.
