About the place

Looking for a flatmate, aged 26-34.

 Requirements : employed with a contract (latest payslips required), no pets, and either an EU resident or holding a permanent visa.

This is a chill, clean, and quiet household, so no 24/7 parties, constant sleepovers, or treating the place like a co-working space for your friends. Respect for communal areas is essential—we all live here and value our peace. We are looking for someone in the same phase. We like to eat together or watch a movie once in a while, but otherwise no obligations.


We try always cleaning up after ourselves—basic things like no leaving plates in the sink, flush the toilet, clean the cooktop after cooking, don’t leave clothes hanging around for days after doing laundry, no clutter in the common areas. 
We share the cost for a cleaner who comes every two weeks, but in between, we try to keep the place tidy ourselves. It’s essential that you share the same attitude towards cleanliness, as it helps keep the household peaceful.

Perks? We’ve got 4 bedrooms , a  spacious living room, a sunny garden for your morning coffee vibes, and a cute kitchen.There’s one toilet, plus another in the bathroom on the second floor. We also have plenty of storage space and laundry room.  

The location?  is a 10 minute bike ride away  from Rotterdam Central , even closer to Rotterdam noord station and 5 minutes to kralinges bos, also AH , Dirk and Lidl are around the corner 

Your bedroom? It’s spacious,  13 sqm and does not come with furniture; you can get yours. The room has been recently renovated (HR++ glass and insulated walls + ceiling) and is located on the second floor. 
You will be living with Habib ( Italian/ Tunisian) and Filipe ( Portuguese)
We’re two professionals, both in our late 20s,  laid-back and definitely not into drama anymore (unless it’s on TV). 

If you’re into speakerphone convos in the living room or doing laundry at 11 PM, this probably isn’t the right place for you.

The rent, all expenses included, adds up to around €900
 per month. Also, there is a month deposit to give ahead.
