About the place

Hello there! We are Vince, Leonie and Betty and we are looking for a fourth roommate for our lovely and cozy household. The house is located in the South of Rotterdam, on biking distance from the city centre (15 minutes) and Erasmus University (25 minutes), or 13 minutes walking from the metro station. It’s in a nice and quiet street with lots of schools and supermarkets nearby. 
The available room is 10 square meters with big windows and would come unfurnished (even though there is the possibility to buy the bed and mattress from the previous occupant of the room). We have a big shared open-space living room with a gas-stove kitchen (and a coffee machine!), a dishwasher, along with a garden that gets a lot of sun especially in the summer (BBQ included). There are one big bathroom with shower included, and one smaller one with only a toilet. 
We are 2 Dutches and one Italian, so in the house we usually speak English. We’re looking for someone who wants to spend some time together, have a laugh, and create a nice friendship! We like to hang random stuff on the walls and buy plants that usually die within a week. We sometimes cook together, and whenever there’s a bit of sun in the sky we like to enjoy it in the garden and hangout / study outside.
