About the place

Starting June 1st, a room will be available in our lovely apartment in Blijdorp! 🎉 We are looking for a new housemate to join us. You’ll be living with two other housemates: Simon (NL) and Mark (IE). We have a nice balance between spending time together and doing our own thing. We try to have meals together when possible, regularly catch up, and hang out on the couch. At the same time, we respect each other’s privacy and have our own lives. We’re looking for someone who is working (preferably for a few years already) and is sociable and fun to be around. 😊

About the room and apartment:
🏠 Room: 16m²
💰 Rent: €710 per month, including service costs
📅 Contract period: minimum 1 year, with a 2-month notice period
🔒 Deposit: 1 month’s rent

The apartment was largely renovated at the end of 2019 and is in excellent condition. You’ll have access to:

✅ Washing machine and dryer
✅ Oven
✅ Spacious living room with separate dining and seating areas
