The room has been recently renovated (HR++ glass and insulated walls + ceiling) and is located on the second floor. The building has two roof terraces totalling approx. 20m². Shared shower, toilets and kitchen. The room is unfurnished and comes with new flooring, pantry, lighting, white painted walls and roller blinds. 

Furnished rental is possible in consultation (bed, desk, chair and wardrobe) at an additional cost of €25 per month.
