About the place

Looking for a decent tenant to take over my contract from March to July 2025. If desired, you can also sign a new one-year contract afterward.

- Location: 3022 GG, Beukelsweg, Rotterdam (Less than 10 minutes by bike to Rotterdam Central Station)
- Room Size: 25 m²
- Registration: Available
- Furnished: Includes mattress + bed frame, blanket, round table, 3 chairs, 2 built-in closets, and plenty of plates/bowls/cups

You’ll be sharing the house with three female housemates, and smoking is not allowed.

The house is a 2-story building with:
- Ground floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 toilet
- First floor: 2 bedrooms (including mine), 1 toilet, a shared kitchen, and a small room for drying laundry

My room is on the first floor, away from the street, making it very quiet. The biggest advantage, in my opinion, is the location; there’s a bus stop right outside the door (0m), while the metro and tram station are within walking distance (6m). The supermarket is also within it (5m). 

Since I’m leaving early for work reasons, I’m looking for someone who can take over the entire period from March to July 2025. If needed, I can also transfer some of my personal furniture (e.g., shoe rack, clothes rack, standing lamp) to you.
