Room Available for Subletting Until Early July 

We have a cozy 11m² room available immediately in het Nieuwe Westen, Rotterdam.

The rent is €665 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet.

This location is ideal, with a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away and the city center and central station only a 6-minute bike ride from the house.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with three working men aged 23-28. While we all have our own schedules, we enjoy eating together when possible and like to go out for drinks on weekends.
