Are you seeking a pristine and fully furnished living space where you can simply bring your clothes? This could be the perfect place for you. This room is available in a recently renovated shared house. The room comes complete with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and bedside table.

It's important to note that if you're looking for a party environment, this may not be the ideal place for you. We prioritize cleanliness and tranquility in our living space.

Rent: €750 per month, which includes:

All utilities, including internet.
Access to a washing machine and dryer.
Shared kitchen usage.
Shared bathroom usage.
Fully furnished room.

Please be aware that only non-smokers / non-vapers  are allowed, and I regretfully cannot accommodate pets. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
