About the place

📍 Location: Noord close to Dirk, AH, Lidl (5 min walk), tram to Central (5 min walk), Noord Station (10 min walk)
📅 Rental Period: April 1st, 2025 – August 20th, 2025 (possible extension until December 31st, 2025)

We are looking for a temporary tenant until the end of August, with a high likelihood of extension until December 2025—this depends on my exchange plans. I’ve already been nominated by the university and am currently in the process of securing housing and finalizing arrangements. While I fully expect to go, I haven’t received the official acceptance yet, so I can’t 100% confirm the extension at this moment.

•	Shelves & wardrobe will be empty for your belongings

🏡 About the House:
•	Shared with 3 others (total of 4 roommates)
•	Large living room & fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, large dining table)
•	2 toilets + showers
•	Rent (incl. internet) + 80eur/month for utilities 

👤 Who We’re Looking For:
•	Student or young professional (18-28)
•	Clean & tidy (we follow a weekly cleaning schedule)
•	Friendly and social—down to chat or hang out sometimes, but we also respect each other’s personal space!
