About the place

possibility of indefinite room from June
*7/Feb- 07/ July
We are looking for a temporary tenant as I am going back home(South Korea) for 5 months. 
The room is furnished, spacious and with a balcony (about 14m2)The shelves and wardrobe will be empty and available for your stuff. 
The house has a big living room & kitchen  with everything that is needed: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, large dining table. We have 2 toilets + showers.
The rent includes internet. Dirk, AH, Lidl in 5 min walk. There is tram station to central 5 min walk/ noord station is 10 min walk.
We are looking for someone (m/f) who is working or studying (18-28). Including this room, we have 4 rooms in total: 1 working, 2 studying. (Turkish, German, Polish). We have a weekly cleaning schedule so we want someone clean and tidy. We sometimes cook together and share our food, but that’s up for negotiation.

- Please send us a message with your age, what you do (study/work), a short introduction of yourself, and what you are looking for in a house. We will invite people for a viewing/get to know each other moment on the evening of Saturday the 25 of Jan *please keep the date free!*
- Since another tenant is moving out around June, there _might_ be a possibility of staying indefinitely (but changing rooms), if you are interested in this let us know, the details can be discussed during the viewing evening.
