About the place

Spacious, sunny, furnished room to rent in a nice neighborhood in Rotterdam Noord from February to August (half a year).
The room is 16 m2 and furnished. The apartment is approximately 90 m2 with an open-space kitchen, living room, garden with a terrace, storage room, shower ,and bathroom. 

- KITCHEN
A large and fully equipped open-space kitchen (large fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water tap, etc.), and cozy living area with a spacious terrace and garden access. It also has some pans, pots, cutlery and dishes that we can share! 

- LIVING ROOM 
A large livingroom with a big table, bookshelves that you can use too, couch and a coffee table. 

- STORAGE ROOM
A laundry and storage room. Is equipped with a washing machine, I also store the vaccum and mops there. 


You’ll be sharing the apartment with only one person, me, an art student doing my final year.
