The apartment exists out of 2 floors; the 4th floor I live, the 3rd floor is for you. Only the kitchen and bathroom (incl bath) are shared. This means you will have all the space and privacy you want. Your floor is one big room which can be separated in 2 rooms by doors.  Furthermore you have a small separate room, big wardrobe and private toilet.

The city centre and central station are 5 minutes biking distance, supermarkets around the corner and with the car you're within couple of minutes on the ring. 

Registering at the address is possible, as is applying for a parking permit.

Price including gas, water, electricity and municipality taxes is €995,- per month.
