The room is located in a 104m² house in the quiet and green Lombardijen neighborhood and is shared with three other students.

The room is furnished. It features a double bed, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a desk with a desk lamp and chair.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared. In the kitchen there are two separate double cooktops. 

From Lombardijen train station, a train departs every 10 minutes to both The Hague and Dordrecht. You can reach Blaak Station in 6 minutes, Rotterdam Central Station in 9 minutes, Delft Station in 24 minutes, and The Hague Central Station in 40 minutes.

The walk from the house to Lombardijen Station takes less than 10 minutes.

There's also a bus from Lombardijen Station every 15 minutes to the Erasmus University Rotterdam campus in 20 minutes. Cycling from the house to campus takes 25 minutes.

The rent also includes service charges, an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
