Hi everyone!

From 1st of August to February 1st, we are looking for a (sub)tenant for our lovely house in Tarwewijk (Rotterdam South). You will be living with two others (guy and girl).

We are looking for a social person who is either finishing their studies or already working. It's a big plus if you are clean and organized, relaxed, and sociable. During the week, friends sometimes come over for board game nights, a movie, or just to hang out. We both work and are looking for someone who also has a daily occupation.

You will get a spacious bedroom for yourself (approximately 14m²), furnished (can be unfurnished in consultation). The living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. The house is very close to Zuidplein (5 minutes walking) with all its shops and the metro and bus station. Within 15 minutes by bike, you can be at the Coolsingel.

The house has several nice features such as a spacious balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, etc.
