Hello everyone!

From February 1st to August 1st, we are looking for a (sub)tenant for our lovely house in the Tarwewijk neighborhood (Rotterdam South). You will be living with two others.

We are looking for a social person who is either finishing their studies or working. Big bonus if you are clean, organized, laid-back, and sociable. On occasion we have friends over sometimes on weekdays for board game nights, movies, or just to hang out. Both of us are working, and we’re looking for someone who also has a daily occupation.

You’ll have a spacious bedroom to yourself (about 14m²), furnished (can also be bare upon request). The living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. The house is very close to Zuidplein (a 5-minute walk) with all its shops, as well as the metro and bus station. Within a 15-minute bike ride, you’ll be on the Coolsingel.

The house has some great features, such as a large balcony, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a smart TV, and more.
