Het huis heeft een wasmachine, vaatwasser en balkon met in de middag zon! 5 minuten fietsen naar de Erasmus, 15 min naar het centrum. Tram stopt voor de deur en metro Voorschoterlaan is 5 minuten lopen.

We zijn op zoek naar een man, eind studie/werkend. De kamer is gemeubileerd (zie foto) en 525 excl. Bij interesse stuur een pm!

We are subletting a room on the Avenue Concordia in Kralingen from August 1st for a period of three months. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, and a balcony that gets afternoon sun! It’s a 5-minute bike ride to Erasmus University and 15 minutes to the city center. The tram stops right outside, and the Voorschoterlaan metro station is a 5-minute walk away.
