About the place

 We have 2x just renovated rooms available for rent, each room is 20m2 and has its own fridge. The apartment has 2 floors, 2 rooms on each floor, and each floor has it’s own shower, toilet and kitchen. So you share the apartment with 3 others, and the utilities with 1 other person. Currently there are 2 male working students (22 years and 25 years) are living in the apartment. There is a spacious garden. There is no living room, no washing machine and no dishwasher.

We are renting the rooms for minimum 6 months. Rent is 800 EUR / month incl. gas, water, electricity, internet. Deposit is 1 month of rent.

The apartment is well connected to public transport. Supermarket is on the corner. Rotterdam Central Station is 10 min by bike.
