About the place

Looking for a comfortable and friendly place to live in Rotterdam? We’re offering a bright and well-maintained room in a cozy 3-bedroom apartment located in a quiet yet central neighborhood. You'll be sharing the apartment with two easygoing and respectful roommates, both at the end of their studies / beginning their careers. 

The room for rent is divided into two rooms: a bedroom for a bed and nightstand and a walk-in closet. The house has a very spacious living room and kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are included and we have a cleaning lady who comes once per two weeks to keep the house clean. We also often have dinner or drinks on the roof, especially with the nice weather.

The tram stopts in front of the appartement which makes access to Rotterdam Central very easy. There is also a supermarket across the street, so the location is very nice!
