We rent a studio on the 3rd floor (no elevator, 3 stairs) with its own kitchen and bathroom. The toilet on the private floor is shared with 1 other person.

Near Station NS (5 min. walk) and centre of Roosendaal
We are looking for a quiet tenant who has a permanent job, so we ask for a payslip and employer's statement.

Two months' rent as a deposit.
