Are you looking for a temporary place to live and would you enjoy sharing a home with a calm housemate?

I’m offering a room in my family home with access to the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living room. This is for a temporary rental period (preferably without registration, or up to 9 months maximum).

About me
I’m a 43-year-old woman with an academic background. I’m calm, independent, and live here on my own. I enjoy having some company in the house, but I also value my own peace and quiet. The rent I receive will be used to gradually renovate and improve the house.

Who I’m looking for
I’m looking for someone who is also calm and independent, and with whom I can have a good connection. This is not a party house – just a tidy and pleasant living environment. It’s important to me that we get along well, give each other space, and also enjoy some nice moments together.

	•	Rent: €565 including utilities and internet
	•	Deposit: 1 month rent
