About the place

Hello,

I am currently looking for a flatmate as I have an empty room in my apartment. Fully furnished, room is equipped with wardrobe, bed with mattress, and a height adjustable electric desk. 

Located in the town centre. Bus stop, train station, and grocery stores are just a few minutes walk from here.

I am a working professional, and my apartment is also my home office, so I am looking for someone who is hygienic, keeps the place clean, is not loud, respects boundaries, and does not use illegal substances. 

Rent is inclusive of electricity, gas, and fast internet (1Gbps).
