About the place

Hello,

I am currently looking for a flatmate to take over one of the rooms in my apartment. Fully furnished, room is equipped with wardrobe, bed with mattress, gas and electric heater and a height adjustable electric desk. No deposit to be paid as I have already paid it to my landlord. 

I am a working professional and my apartment is also my home office, so I would like someone who is hygienic, keeps the place clean, not loud and does not use illegal substances. 

Rent is inclusive of electricity, gas and internet.
