The room has a laminate floor. You share with 2 other room residents a communal kitchen and sanitary block consisting of 3 sinks, 2 showers and 2 toilets. A washing machine that the residents can use as well as Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the summer you can sit outside in the courtyard. You can safely park your bike in the bicycle shed. Parking in front of the house is free. You are in a 5-minute walk in the heart of bustling Roermond and central train station.
