Are you a student looking for temporary housing in Rijswijk?
Due to an internship abroad, my room at Steenvoordelaan 152 will be available for sublet from September 1st, 2025 until February 28th, 2026.

The room is 11 m², fully furnished, and part of a quiet, well-maintained student apartment. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other students who value a clean and peaceful living environment. The room comes with everything you need: a bed, desk, wardrobe, and even a dartboard to have some fun.

The apartment itself is 120 m² and located on the first floor. You’ll share the (large!) living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with your housemates. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and other useful appliances.

Furthermore, the location is really convenient:
- 25-minute bike ride to TU Delft campus
- 2-minute bike ride to Rijswijk train station
- 7-minute direct train to Delft Campus station
- 2-minute bike ride to Rijswijk shopping center (AH XL, 24/7 Basic Fit, etc.)

Rent is €540 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet. A deposit of €540 is required.
