About the place

I bought the house in preparation for my wedding. Since that is at least a year away, I’d like to make a few people happy by offering a room in my home. In the meantime, I’ll be carrying out some renovations, which will cause you minimal inconvenience.

I will also be living there myself, but again, you won’t be bothered by me as I travel quite often.

Gas, water, and electricity are included, but municipal taxes are not.
