About the place

Are you looking for a nice place to live in Rijswijk, close to Delft? From September 1st to December 1st, 2025, my room will be temporarily available as I’ll be traveling during that time. That’s why I’m looking for a tidy and friendly tenant to rent my room for three months.

You’ll be living in a spacious 100m² house with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a total of three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is set up as a shared space.

The room you’ll be renting is fully furnished, and all the furniture will stay. Of course, I’ll remove my personal belongings so there’s plenty of space for your own things.

You’ll be sharing the house with a 22-year-old female housemate from Italy, who will start studying at TU Delft in September. She speaks fluent Italian and English. We’re looking for someone who is social and responsible, who enjoys a cozy atmosphere at home but also respects each other’s peace and privacy.
