Hi! A large L-shaped room becomes available for rent from 1 August in Old Rijswijk (The Hague). The flat is located in a safe, green neighbourhood. The rent for the room is 900 euro/ month (including bills). The location is 4 minutes walk from tram stops 1 & 15. The closest train station is Hollands Spoor (12 minutes by tram 1). Den Haag Centraal is 20 minutes away by tram 15. The closest shop (Albert Hein) is within 5 minutes walking distance. As the neighbours are pensioners and families, I am looking for one female tenant (no couples) with a QUIET temperament who is respectful of the space of others and does not throw parties.
