A room available in Rijswijk ideal for a Minor student at TU Delft, situated on the fifth floor of a residential building in a quiet neighbourhood. The place is shared with two roommates, both studying aerospace engineering at TU Delft. The room and house are fully furnished with spacious common areas.

The flat is located near the centre of Rijswijk, with several supermarkets nearby, a bus stop and tram stop within 200 metres and railway station within 3 minutes by bike. The main TU Delft campus can be reached in approx. 22 minutes by bike, and the city centre of Delft is reachable within approx. 17 minutes, also by bike. 

Plenty of space for free parking a car beside the building,  as well as an enclosed bicycle storage area on ground level. It is well communicated with the city of The Hague, and easy access to the A4 motorway is also available.
