By car, Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Leiden are less than 20 minutes away; The Hague is 30 minutes, and Rotterdam or Utrecht can be reached in 45 minutes. Public transport offers easy access: Amsterdam, Leiden, and Haarlem are 1 hour away, while Rotterdam and Utrecht are reachable in less than 1,5 hours.
If you have an e-bike or a car, this location is a fantastic opportunity!

House situation:
The room gets plenty of sunlight during the day (though it’s still the Netherlands :)
The kitchen is old but functional - a new kitchen will be installed in the summer.
The living room is currently unavailable but will be accessible in a few months.
You start with one housemate.

House rules & expectations:
Max 1 person per room.
We maintain a clean home and expect all tenants to contribute to keeping it tidy.
We are looking for a tenant who is respectful, values a peaceful environment, maintains cleanliness, respects personal boundaries, do not disturb others and understands how to share a living space harmoniously.
No smoking, drugs, or pets.

Ideal tenant: 
A female between 16 and 45 years old, renting for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 2 years (up to 4 years for students).
