Furnished room of 10m2 with curtains in calm neigbourhood close to supermarket and forest. The room has a small kitchen with fridge, freezer, sink with warm and cold water, microwave, oven, koffiemachine.
This will all be in the lockable room for own use and don’t have to be shared.
The two bathrooms and the two toilets are recently renovated. And because there are so many sanitaire facilities you don’t have to wait.
Smoking and drugs is not allowed.
Peace and calmness is imported in the house, it's not a student house.

The room is in Rheden and is 540 p/m rent included: heating, water, electricity, good wifi (1000mb/s from KPN) and a weekly cleaner for cleaning the shared spaces. Also use of the two washings machines, the two dryers and the vacuum cleaner is included in the price.

Preference for someone with a fulltime job of 28 years old or older.
The house is very environment friendly and has a Label A because of isolation and a lot of solarpanels. Garbage is separated in: Glas, Plastic, Paper, Green and Grey (rest).
There is a bike shed that is locked where you can store one bike safely.
